About us
A builder you can talk to, and a team you can trust.
Nilsen Building Pty Ltd is a domestic building company based in Victoria, built on the simple idea that construction should feel manageable and honest.
For more than two decades we've been helping homeowners across Victoria with new builds, renovations, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and outdoor spaces.
We keep the communication clear, the site tidy, and the trades in check. Our aim is to hand over a home that feels finished — not just built — and a process where you always feel the plan is understood.
Our values
Honesty
We quote upfront, flag issues early, and keep you informed — no surprises.
Quality
We use proven materials and reliable trades, and we don't cut corners on the finish.
Respect
We treat your home and your timeline as if they were our own.
Local experience on every site
Based in Frankston South, we've worked in metro, suburban and regional settings. That means we understand local soil, climate, wind-zoning, and council expectations.
We're licensed, insured, and committed to delivering work that stands up to real life — not just real estate photos.
